Allie Lavarreda
After spending many years as a dancer, Allie first fell in love with hot yoga in 2014. The transition from dance to yoga felt natural, and it wasn’t long before the practice became an essential part of her life.
In 2022, Allie found Yoga Tribe after moving to Huntington Beach—and the connection was instant. As she deepened her practice, she discovered how yoga could bring a profound sense of balance, peace, and discipline to her hectic corporate lifestyle.
On her mat, Allie found the ability to challenge herself, the balance of stillness in the effort, and a deeper connection within. Yoga has became a foundation for her growth, strengthening not just her body, but her mind and spirit as well.
In April 2025, Allie completed her 200hr Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tribe. She feels honored and excited to now share the transformative power of the practice with others. She can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
