Membership Change Requests

 
 

Pause Membership

We understand that life circumstances such as travel, injury, or schedule changes may require flexibility. To support our members, we offer the following pause options.

Manage Your Membership
To pause your membership, access your account through Walla and navigate to Plan Details.

Requests and Timing
Cancellation requests are processed by our team and are not immediate. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next 28-day billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Pause Allowance

  1. Members may pause their membership up to two (2) times per calendar year.

  2. The maximum combined pause duration is sixty (60) days per calendar year. Each pause must be a minimum of 14 days.

Pause Fees

  1. First pause: Complimentary.

  2. Second pause: $25 fee.

Rate Protection
Members generally retain their current membership rate while their account remains active or on an approved pause. Membership rates are subject to change at the studio’s discretion. Members who cancel will rejoin at the current membership rate in effect at that time.

Cancel Membership

We understand that schedules and priorities can change, and memberships may be canceled at any time by submitting a request through your account.

To cancel your membership, access your account through Walla and navigate to Plan Details.

Cancellation requests are processed by our team and are not immediate. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next 28-day billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a new billing cycle has begun, no refunds or prorations will be issued.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Log in to Walla via our website or app.

  1. Click "Manage Account" from your account menu.

  2. Go to "Your Credits and Plans."

  3. Locate your membership in the list.

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your membership.

  5. Click "Cancel Plan."

  6. Select a reason for canceling, add any comments, and click "Cancel Plan" to confirm.

Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, you will receive confirmation within your account.
