Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a penalty.

  • Memberships & Intro Offers: $15 late cancel/no-show fee

  • Class Cards: Loss of one class credit

  • Drop-Ins: Class is forfeited

Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. For the integrity of the experience, late entry is not permitted, and doors will lock at the start of class.

Class Registration
We strongly recommend pre-registering, as classes may fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

Age Requirement
Students must be 16 years or older to attend classes.

Sales Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges.

Membership Payments
Gift cards cannot be used toward auto-pay memberships.

Heated Classes & Equipment
We offer heated classes. A yoga mat and towel are required for all sessions.

  • Rentals are available for a small fee

  • Mats and towels are also available for purchase

  • Weights are provided for Hot Sculpt classes

Changing Rooms
Changing rooms are available until 30 minutes after class ends, after which they will be closed.

Water
We do not have a water filtration system. Bottled water is available for purchase.

Parking
Please park in the center of the plaza and avoid the green 30-minute parking spots.
