No matter your experience or fitness level, all our classes are open to everyone in our community. Just show up, give it your best, and let go of the rest!

Hot Yoga

Feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or just in need of a reset? Whether you're brand-new to yoga, working through injuries, or simply craving a calmer kind of challenge—Hot Yoga is your sanctuary.

This class is all about healing, not hustling.

Set in a hot, soothing space, you’ll move through 28 therapeutic postures and 2 calming breathing exercises, designed to strengthen and stretch your body from the inside out—without the pressure to perform. Think of it as yoga meets physical therapy, with a mental spa day built in.

Hot Sculpt + Core blends yoga-inspired movement with strength training in a heated, high-energy class designed to work every major muscle group. Expect the mindfulness of yoga mixed with weights, focused core work, and light cardio — all built around breath and intentional movement.

What to expect:

  • A heated room to increase flexibility and support deep sweating

  • Dumbbells paired with yoga to sculpt arms, legs, glutes, and core

  • Cardio bursts to build endurance and elevate your heart rate

  • Strength-based flow rooted in breath and alignment

Hot Vinyasa

Feeling stiff, sluggish, or stuck in your practice? It’s time to turn up the heat — literally.

Hot Vinyasa blends strength-building yoga with smooth, breath-driven flow in a heated room. Expect creative sequences that challenge your body, sharpen your focus, and build heat from the inside out — yes, you’ll sweat (and love it).

What to expect:

  • A heated room to warm muscles and increase mobility

  • Breath-to-movement flow that keeps you grounded and energized
