No Late Admittance

  • To maintain a focused, safe, and timely learning environment, we have a strict no late admittance policy. Once class has begun, no late entries will be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Class Booking Requirements

  • All classes must be pre-booked online

  • Class schedules open 4 weeks in advance

  • An active payment option is required to reserve a class

Payment Policies

  • No refunds, transfers, or exchanges on class cards

  • We accept all major credit cards

  • Checks are not accepted

Auto-Pay Memberships (Self-Canceling)

You may terminate your membership at any time by logging into your Mindbody account on a desktop or laptop.

⚠️ Termination will not work on a phone or in the Mindbody app

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Log into your Mindbody account

  2. Go to My Info > Account

  3. Navigate to the Auto Pays section

  4. Click Terminate next to the contract you wish to cancel

  5. Confirm termination when prompted

Please note: Termination is effective immediately.

Class Cards

  • All class cards have an expiration date

  • Expiration dates are listed on your sales receipt and in your Mindbody account

  • Gift cards may not be used for Auto-Pay Memberships

In-Studio Practice Guidelines

  • All classes must be pre-booked and paid in full before arrival

  • Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio
    (No shoes beyond the front desk—we keep our space super CLEAN!)

  • Leave cell phones and all belongings in the cubbies outside the yoga room

    • Doors lock at the start of class for safety

  • Please bring only a yoga mat, towel, and water into the studio

    • Note: The studio does not have a water filtration system

Hygiene & Scent Awareness

Yoga is powerful—and yes, sweaty!

Please:

  • Apply deodorant

  • Wipe down your feet before class

  • Be mindful that strong body odor can be distracting in a heated room

Kind reminder: Avoid heavy perfumes or colognes. Strong scents can become overwhelming, especially in hot classes, and some students are sensitive or allergic.

Arrival Timing

  • Doors open 30 minutes before class

  • Arriving 15 minutes early is ideal and encouraged

    • This allows time to relax, settle in, and connect with the community

  • Arriving late—including right before or at start time—creates stress and disruption

  • Doors lock at the start of class to keep the space focused, uninterrupted, and enjoyable

  • Don’t skip savasana — it’s the most important part of class 🖤

  • Be kind to everyone

  • Laugh and have a good time
