Jen’s journey into yoga began in 2013 after years of being an avid runner. Though she loved the physical challenge of running, she soon realized it was taking a toll on her body. Looking for a way to balance her fitness routine and promote overall wellness, she decided to try yoga—and from the very first class, she was hooked. Yoga provided her with a sense of peace, flexibility, and strength that she hadn’t experienced before.
Jen completed the Yoga Tribe 50-Hour Hot Sculpt Teacher Training in 2024. She loves to blend mindful movement and muscle engagement into her classes, creating a balanced and empowering experience for all levels.
Her classes are designed to encourage strength, self-awareness, and mindfulness. Whether guiding students through a flow or offering more sculpted sequences, her goal is to help each person find both challenge and ease in their practice.
When she’s not teaching, Jen enjoys walking at the beach and traveling with her family. Yoga has been a life-changing practice for her, and she is passionate about helping others discover its many benefits.
