Hailey Schimmer

Hot Sculpt Instructor

Hailey began her yoga journey at Yoga Tribe in 2022. Having danced for 15 years and participated in the APA dance program at Huntington Beach High School, she was drawn to yoga as a way to reconnect with movement while cultivating a new love for the practice.

In 2025, Hailey completed the Yoga Tribe 50-Hour Hot Sculpt & Core Teacher Training. She is currently attending Cal State Long Beach and plans to graduate in 2026 with a BA in Psychology.

Hot Sculpt & Core provided Hailey with the perfect blend of yoga, strength training, and HIIT, and her classes reflect that same balance. Her sessions are high-energy, motivating, and designed to challenge students while keeping them inspired, engaged, and sculpted.
