Dakota Barnes
Hot Sculpt Instructor
With over three years of experience, Dakota brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to Hot Sculpt classes rooted in both classical and contemporary training. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, helping individuals build strength, improve alignment, and deepen their mind-body connection.
Trained in both mat and reformer Pilates, Dakota creates dynamic, intelligently sequenced classes that meet clients where they are while still challenging them to grow. She is known for her precise cueing, strong attention to form, and natural musicality—seamlessly pairing movement with rhythm to create an engaging, fluid experience.
She has also completed a Yoga Alliance–certified 100-hour Somatic Arts Facilitator Training in December 2023, further deepening her ability to guide students through an embodied, mindful practice.
Her classes are intentional, empowering, and results-driven, blending strong technical foundations with a modern, sculpt-inspired flow. Whether teaching Pilates or Hot Sculpt, she creates a high-energy, supportive environment where clients can build strength, move with purpose, and leave feeling stronger, more connected, and energized.
