Daisy Barriga

Daisy began practicing yoga in 2006 at Yoga Tribe, when she was a senior at Huntington Beach High School.

Yoga Tribe was called Huntington Beach Hot Yoga at the time, and Jason was her first instructor.

Yoga quickly became part of her daily life. Practicing yoga allowed her to be more determined, patient, strong, and welcoming of challenges with an open heart. She applies these lessons not only on her mat, but to everyday life.

After many years of wanting to do the teacher training program, she finally graduated from the Yoga Tribe 200 Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.

The training not only deepened her practice but brought on a joy for teaching. She is thrilled to be an instructor for Yoga Tribe.

Daisy is a Senior Interior Designer in Orange County. When she's not on her mat or working you can find her enjoying time with her friends and family.
