Casey Immel
Hot Yoga Instructor
Casey was born and raised in Orange County and has lived in Huntington Beach since 2004. He began practicing yoga in October 2016 and quickly fell in love with the practice as it helped transform him mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Through consistent practice, Casey discovered the benefits of connecting mind and body, reducing stress, and cultivating clarity and calm. He completed the Yoga Tribe 200-Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and is a 200-hour RYT certified through Yoga Alliance.
Casey’s classes are designed to challenge students physically while creating a supportive and encouraging environment. He focuses on helping students connect breath with movement, build strength, increase flexibility, and develop mental clarity. His teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, balance, and finding joy in the practice, making every class both energizing and transformative. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or an experienced practitioner, Casey helps students push past their perceived limits while feeling confident and supported throughout the practice.
Casey earned his degree from the University of Arizona in 2000 with a focus in Real Estate and is currently the Director of Leasing at Cypress West Partners in Rancho Santa Margarita. He has a son, Carter, and enjoys playing soccer, watching his son play sports, and continuing his yoga practice.
