silent Dayton Method Hot Yoga 60

A silent Dayton Method Hot Yoga 90 is a 90-minute class practiced to background music without instruction from a teacher. It is designed to turn inward by listening to your breath, making your class a moving meditation. It explores the group practice in a whole new way. It’s a profound experience as the class moves together in unison allowing your mind and body to connect on the deepest level possible. It is most suitable for students who have taken a minimum of ten Dayton Method Hot Yoga 90 classes.

Dayton Method Hot Yoga 60

The Dayton Method Hot Yoga 60 is a 60-minute class therapeutically designed sequence founded on Jason Wilkerson’s knowledge learned from different hatha yoga systems set to soothing yet energetic music. Most postures are practiced once only.

The Dayton Method Hot Yoga 60 sequence is a challenging series of 28 ‘asanas’ postures and 2 breathing exercises that suitable for all ages and ability levels. The class is done in a room heated to 105 degrees with humidity levels at 45%.

It is designed to restore health to every muscle, joint and organ of the body. The ‘asanas’ (postures), the breathing and heat work in union to return you to a natural state of physical and mental balance. Circulation of fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body during practice benefits the heart and other organs. Many postures massage the lymphatic system, which promotes the elimination of toxins. The combination of heat and humidity cleanses the body by flushing toxins.

The Dayton Method Yoga 60 is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom. It cultivates the body’s capacity to relax and dramatically reduces the negative effects of stress. It is a form of preventative medicine and the benefits of the practice are immediate.

Warrior Flow Hot Yoga 60

Warrior Flow Hot Yoga 60 is a Vinyasa based 60-minute class, meaning breath-synchronized to movement. As each pose is introduced, postures will be held for a few breaths to lay the foundation of proper alignment and muscle engagement. The instructor will cue students through the series flowing one posture to the next with the breath. Each class is unique, class to class and teacher to teacher as instructors aim to explore the body, breath and mind in new and creative ways.

This class is designed to be both challenging and accessible to all levels of experience and physical ability. The instructors offer detailed alignment based instruction that will benefit beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Classes are intelligently sequenced to strengthen and open targeted areas of the body building toward more dynamic postures such as arm balances and inversions while providing options and modifications to support and enhance each student's individual journey. 

The class invites students to mindfully cultivate strength and flexibility, fostering a connection between the body and breath. Through this connection, the mind becomes intimately linked with the body and a greater level of awareness is achieved, opening the gateway to transformation on all levels.

Our Community Flow class is a NON-HEATED Vinyasa based 60-minute class, meaning breath-synchronized to movement. As each pose is introduced, postures will be held for a few breaths to lay the foundation of proper alignment and muscle engagement. The instructor will cue students through the series flowing one posture to the next with the breath. Each class is unique, class to class and teacher to teacher as instructors aim to explore the body, breath and mind in new and creative ways.

This class is designed to be both challenging and accessible to all levels of experience and physical ability. The instructors offer detailed alignment based instruction that will benefit beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. 

 A donation is the sacred act of giving. As a community of mindful yoga practitioners, Yoga Tribe believes in giving back to the community beyond its walls. There is a suggested donation of $5 a class. This is a suggested donation only, if you can put $5 in the box, please do. If you are not in a position to do so, contribute what you can. If you can donate more, it will be greatly appreciated. A portion of the proceeds will be distributed to a local outreach program called Laundry Love Project http://www.laundrylovehb.com that help provide services to those in need.

Yin yoga 60      

Yin Yoga 60 is a 60-minute NON-HEATED class often with the addition of LIVE MUSIC performed by local artists. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes long). The stretches apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. It is an excellent complimentary yoga class to the other classes on our schedule.       

YOGA THERAPY BALL

These therapeutic classes combine yoga poses with corrective movement and self-massage. We will use therapy balls to unlock myofascial restrictions, improve body awareness and de-stress. Leave this empowering self-care focused class feeling more balanced, integrated and at ease in your body.
