Warrior Flow Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Program

Yoga Tribe’s Warrior Flow Teacher Training Program is the beginning of an extraordinary journey that will help you tap into your own potential, it is the next step on the path to self-discovery. If yoga speaks to you, if you believe in the power of yoga and it’s ability to transform mind and body, then this program is for you. Whether you desire to teach or just want to have a deeper understanding of yoga, it’s roots, philosophy, and refine your physical practice, this program will help you find your path. For those who wish to teach, teacher training will help you find your voice as a teacher, build confidence and give you a successful beginning. Follow the path that empowers and inspires; become a yoga teacher.

Shannon Kassoff leads the program. She is excited to share her love of yoga and impart her wisdom and experience, not only the challenging asana, but the mental strength and acuity required to practice yoga in every moment of your life. Shannon has been teaching since 2010 and is an E-RYT 500 hour certified instructor through Yoga Alliance. She is also a Certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Shannon has coached, mentored, and lectured aspiring teachers through teacher training in other studios and is now dedicating her full focus to Yoga Tribe’s dynamic training. 

Tuition

Deposit: $500 deposit due July 27, 2018 to secure Early Enrollment Discount ($400 savings), tuition is $3,200 thereafter. Space will be limited. Tuition fee includes unlimited yoga classes for the duration of the training, a course manual, and all instruction. Full tuition must be paid prior to start date of course.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or credits are available for cancellation within 14 days prior to start date of the course as well as if student voluntarily leaves or decides not to attend the Warrior Flow Teacher Training Program.

SCHEDULE

ORIENTATION: Friday, August 24, 2018 7:00pm-10:00pm

We will meet every Saturday, Sunday and Monday for 12 weeks (the exceptions are orientation and karma yoga project and two, one week breaks during training). Teacher Training begins August 24, 2018 and ends on November 11, 2018.

•    Mondays: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
•    Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00am – 4:00pm
(NO CLASS Sept 14, 15 & 16 and Oct 13, 14, 15)

During our time together, you will participate in the following elements of training.

•    Posture Clinics: Techniques, Training and Practice
•    Lectures: Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Philosophy and Ethics
•    Practicum: Teaching Methodology and Practice Teaching
•    Class Taking Requirements: A minimum of 35 classes required during training.
•    Outside Classes Required: 3 outside classes required. These are classes from another studio and can be from another discipline of yoga.
•    Class Observation: 2 Warrior Flow class observations
•    Karma Yoga: Participation in a local outreach program Wednesday, October 10th 7:00pm – 10:00pm
•    Self Study: Journaling, reading and written assignments

Saturdays Required Class: 8:30am – 9:30am Warrior Flow (this class is included in the total number of class taking requirements)

Test Out – Written and Practical: Saturday, November 10th 11:00am – 4:00pm

Graduation Class & Ceremony: Sunday November 11th 11:00am – 4:00pm

A more comprehensive schedule will be given on the night of orientation.

Thank you for your interest in the Warrior Flow 200 Hour Teacher Training Program recognized by the Yoga Alliance. You must meet all of the application requirements and fully participate in each and every aspect of the training. All participants are required to be on time, attend every class and event with an open mind and open heart.
