Yoga Recipe: Valentine Fruit Wands




Valentine’s Day is coming. These Valentine Fruit Wands are so cute and perfect for a healthy treat! Great snack for the kids any time of year!

It is a simple as getting a small heart cookie cutter and cutting out some 1/2 inch thick watermelon. Then use a sharp paring knife to remove the stems off of some fresh strawberries.

Layer the strawberries and watermelon onto skewers or these cute paper straws. I love using the straws because they are safe enough even for small snackers.

Place them on a serving tray and hand them out to the cutest Valentines you can find. Don’t feel like you are limited to Valentine’s day! Use any shape cookie cutter or color fruit you want to create fruit wands for any special occasion!
