WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started yoga in my early 20s over at hb core power. It never quite had the community we have at yoga tribe. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? As often as I can, about 4 days a week. WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? It not only helps me stay in shape physically, but mentally as well. I'm able to hit the mat and all life's stress is left outside to door. I am able to be present and focused on the postures at hand. I practice yoga primarily because I am a swimmer and it has tremendously helped with flexibility. Yoga has also helped me with my mindfulness. WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE? WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I began practicing yoga on and off in college at my local 24 hour fitness. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice yoga 6 days a week. WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
