WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE?  I STARTED MY YOGA PRACTICE IN MANHATTAN BEACH, CA IN 2014.  
 
HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?  WITH MY FRESH NEW START AT YOGA TRIBE I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CLASS 3-5 TIMES A WEEK 
 
WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?  I CAME BACK TO YOGA TO HELP RECOVER FROM A BACK INJURY AND ENJOYED IT SO MUCH I JUST KEPT COMING EVERY MORNING.  
 
WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?   EXTENDING THE RANGE OF MY MOTION AND OVERALL FEELING OF BEING LIGHTER ON MY FEET 
 
WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY?    BIGGEST CHALLENGE FOR ME IS FIXED FIRM POSTURE AS HIPS ARE SUPER TIGHT AND I HAVE AN OLD KNEE INJURY THAT MAKES IT A STRUGGLE SOME DAYS 
 
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE?  UTTANASANA IS MY FAVORITE POSTURE AS IT WAS SUCH A CHALLENGE FOR ME WHEN I STARTED AT YOGA TRIBE… SOMETHING CHANGED AND THAT CHALLENGE TURNED INTO BENEFITS I COULD FEEL. 
 
HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?  IT REMINDS ME TO JUST BREATH AND ENJOY IT ALL.  I SIT IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ALL DAY SO BEING ABLE TO START MY DAY WITH YOGA TRIBE AND MY FRIENDS REALLY SETS ME UP FOR A GREAT DAY.
