WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE?
March 2019 at Yoga Tribe.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
I try to practice at least 4-5 times a week.

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
My daughter was the one who first introduced me to yoga .She took me to my first yoga sculpt class and it took me completely surprised how difficult it was !  After that she encouraged me to go to Yoga Tribe.  Eventually, I started to feel more connected and at home with the community here. The teachers and my yogi-mates are so loving that it’s like we’re family!

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
Immediately as I walk out of my yoga class, I feel like a great weight has been lifted off of my chest. I definitely feel much stronger mentally and physically.
 
WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY?
My most challenging posture would have to be Chaturgura. It requires a lot of upper body strength that I’m still working on!
 
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE?
My favorite posture is shavasana! It’s a great way to thank yourself for working hard throughout class and getting back in touch with yourself. 

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
Yoga has given me a lot both inside and outside of the class itself. It gave me a community filled with strong minded individuals. It made me feel more connected with my mind and body. I only wished I tried Yoga Tribe earlier!
