Student of the Month February 2019: Kim Pham




WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE?  I started yoga about 10 years ago because it was next door from my barbershop, Yoga Tribe HB is where I’d started.  
 
HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?  I usually go 3-4 times a week, it keeps me healthy and full of energy, helps me with my work day.  My favorite classes are in the PM:  Flow and Yin. 
 
WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE? 
I can feel the hot yoga burning calories and fat from inside out.  It also helps me stay firm and keeps my skin healthy; afterwards, I get a good nights sleep.
 
HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?  I keep on doing yoga because my friends and family says I look young for my age.
