WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started 10 plus years ago. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? 3-4 times a week 

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice yoga because it makes me happy. 

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
The immediate benefit is physically, since I have a lower back injury. I am constantly working on my mental benefit... It's hard to calm my busy mind, but when I do the results are long lasting. 

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY?
All hip opener postures are very challenging for me... my hips are very tight and sensitive to the postures.  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE? It is hard to say I have a favorite posture because it varies; some days my body is ready for the challenge, and other days I can barely keep up. That is why I love my yoga practice... I am always learning. 

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
Yoga has been a great experience for me and my family. My husband and two boys would be the first to say that I am a better wife and mom because of my practice. Yoga has become such a huge part of my life that it is hard to imagine life without it. I know I am just scratching the surface; there is so much more to learn that I look forward to my journey ahead. Namaste Emoji
