WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I began practicing yoga 2 years ago at Yoga Tribe.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice hot yoga about 3 times a week. 

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice yoga because it deepens the connection between mind and body.  

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE? Physically, yoga helps alleviate my neck pain, back pain, and improves my flexibility and balance. Mentally, yoga improves my awareness, concentration, and gives me great positive energy for life!

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY? My most challenging posture is actually downward dog due to lower back injury. 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE? My favorite posture is toe stand.

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE? Yoga has had a positive impact in all aspects of my life! I love the discipline of the Dayton method class and it has helped me maintain a healthy daily routine.
