WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE?
During August of last year, I officially started yoga at Yoga Tribe.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
I practice yoga about 3-4 times a week and I am working towards practicing more often.

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
I practice yoga for many reasons both physically and mentally. I love the challenge, focus, community, and the many benefits that yoga brings to my life.

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
The primary benefits that I experience include: better sleep quality, mobility, stress relief, clearer skin, stronger mind/body control, strength, and positivity.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY?
The most challenging posture for me would be dandayamana dhanurasana (standing bow). This posture requires a lot of hip and back flexibility, balance, immense focus, and much more. I struggle with the form of this posture and I do not have the flexibility for it just yet, but I will continue to keep working on it.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE?
My favorite posture would have to be garurasana (eagle pose) because I love the stretch that I receive and the balancing aspect of the posture. 

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
Hot yoga has positively impacted my life in so many ways and I am so grateful to have found this amazing practice. As a teenage student and dancer, yoga has been a great way for me to reset and find peace of mind. I have been able to practice yoga along side my dad, which has been so awesome and such a gift. The atmosphere and community at Yoga Tribe is so welcoming and I love being able to connect with others who share a love for yoga
