WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE?
I started Yoga when I was 15 back in New York, where I grew up. I bought a little picture book at a rummage sale and started practicing the poses. I was drawn to the beautiful names, such as sun salutations and cobra. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
I practice every day. 

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
So many reasons to practice yoga from health, well being and calm to spiritual access. 

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
I have healed terrible neck pain with yoga, survived a rough pregnancy with yoga and keep balanced and calm daily with yoga. 

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY?
I'm sorely challenged by wheel or upward bow pose because I was injured trying to force myself into the pose over twenty five years ago when I was totally unprepared to do it. Since then, it's been psychologically challenging for me.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE?
I love sun salutations. I could do them all day. 

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
I just started hot yoga classes five months ago and didn't know I'd fall in love with it. It's addicting the feeling I get after class, the calm, purified feeling, like the toxins have washed away from my body, but also the mental challenge of staying in my mind and body during the practice.
