Once to three times a week

WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
So many fundamental reasons..for a healthy open body, opened mind, awakened soul, daily maintenance & stress- management..so many good things about yoga ^__~

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
A heightened gratitude for all my experiences
 - past - present - future -

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHALLENGING POSTURE? WHY? 
Opening my hands and shoulders - they are very worn 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POSTURE?
I love downward dog because it stretches out your hands, neck, arms, shoulders, hips, thighs, calves, achilles, feet, toes...it is oh so good 

HOW HAS YOUR HOT YOGA PRACTICE IMPACTED OR CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
It has shown me how much my determination and honesty with myself pays off
