WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? Katie was at Yoga Works downtown for a couple of years about 7 years ago. She started at Yoga Tribe in April 2018. Matt started yoga for the first time at Yoga Tribe in December 2018 after Katie couldn’t stop talking about it and Matt instantly loved it. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started yoga in my early 20s over at hb core power. It never quite had the community we have at yoga tribe. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? As often as I can, about 4 days a week. WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? It not only helps me stay in shape physically, but mentally as well. I'm able to hit the mat and all life's stress is left outside to door. I am able to be present and focused on the postures at hand.
