WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I have been practicing yoga on and off since college but I wasn't regular about it until the last four years. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I average 4 or 5 sessions per week. WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? Hard to say. Probably for the same reason I eat. WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE?
