WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? My first exposure to yoga was in June 2018. I was introduced to Yoga Tribe by my friend, Hamid, who is a long time member here. “Shh! WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I began practicing yoga on and off in college at my local 24 hour fitness. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice yoga 6 days a week. WHY DO YOU PRACTICE YOGA? I practice yoga at Yoga Tribe and am thankful that I am able to practice hot yoga, vinyasa flow, and yin! WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY BENEFITS YOU EXPERIENCE? Yoga has truly changed my life in that it has filled a void that I didn’t know was there and has filled my soul with joy. I am a happier person and am more confident in myself, inside and out.  ..
