WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started practicing yoga while I lived in Newport Beach. One of the first classes I ever took was with Erica. My first thought was…why is she wearing a jacket in a room at 106 degrees?!? I quickly became addicted to the hot room, thanks to Erica and her dynamic classes.
