Yields 8 Prep time 15 min INGREDIENTS 1 can coconut milk ¼ cup milk ¼ cup lime juice, fresh squeezed 1 tbsp. lime zest ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1 drop green food coloring (optional) INSTRUCTIONS In a Vitamix blender, combine coconut milk, milk, lime juice, lime zest, and shredded coconut. WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? 16 Years ago in Seattle. I walked into a Bikram studio thinking it was a Yin-type practice. I had no idea what I was in for (physically)! I was instantly hooked.
