WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started yoga here at yoga tribe back when I was in high school and I have never been to any other studio. WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? When I was pregnant with twins my doctor said I could do prenatal yoga (and not a whole lot else). I got a prenatal yoga DVD from the library and did it almost everyday in my apartment. It was a game changer.
