WHEN DID YOU START YOGA AND WHERE? I started yoga in 2005 before I lost my leg. My first studio was Purple Moon in Roseville,Ca. The first class I took I thought I was going to die, it was like nothing I have ever done before it was more of a mental challenge for me to stay focused. I have always worked out and ran but this was completely different and I became addicted to the challenge. I lost my leg in 2014 due to Necrotizing Fasciitis.
