Christian Allaire

Christian Allaire’s mission is to make the world a better place by tapping into the enormous human potential. He emphasizes the practice of yoga as the oldest form of personal development to achieve mental, physical and emotional resiliency.  He views the true nature of yoga as positive and life enhancing, its aim is to increase capacity in the fullest sense. Christian is a Baptiste trained yoga teacher serving ALL practitioners in achieving personal competence, self-mastery and ultimately propagating positive energy into the wider community. He believes in leadership and leads by serving. His leadership in the community was recently recognized by Lululemon. He is a lululemon brand ambassador in Marin County, CA.

Additionally, Christian is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer serving in United States Coast Guard for 20 years. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Veterans Yoga Project, an organization dedicated to bringing mindfulness based yoga to veterans suffering from PTSD. He has studied under Baron Baptise, Bryan Kest and John Friend, has an undergraduate degree majoring in western philosophy and a Masters In Business in Strategic Leadership from the Dominican University of California. He is currently working toward a Masters Degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
